Integrity Technologies Corp (ITC), headquartered in North Dakota, and was transformed into a nationwide telecom provider in Mid-2023. ITC has a FCC 214 license to provide domestic and international telecommunications services. In December 2024, we also completed a Joint Venture with Teya Support Services, LLC , an Alaska Native Corp and formed Integrity Advanced Technologies, Corp. (IAT). www.integrityatech.com This joint venture created a unique national fiber optic communications footprint across the Continental United States (CONUS), owned by a federally recognized, tribally owned corporation. J. Andrew Pitman, II
Founder and CEO
Mr. Pitman is a seasoned telecommunications executive with more than 35 years of experience, primarily supporting U.S. Government activities on a global basis, and a well-rounded background that enables him to start, run, and operate a national telecommunications company across North America. An inventor and an officer for a nonprofit that gives back to the community, he combines technical depth, operational leadership, and civic commitment to deliver mission critical communications solutions at scale. Most recently he founded Integrity Technologies, Corp, (ITC) and serves Founder/CEO, and also founded Integrity Advanced Technologies, Corp. (IAT), an ANC 8(a) Joint Venture. He also serves as the VP of Business Development at GBS, leading submarine fiber optic cable systems and terrestrial network services; previously he served as VP of Carrier and Enterprise at One Web (acquired by Eutelsat), where he was responsible for more than 90% of the company's revenue. Mr. Pitman was an Executive Consultant to DISA's Mission Assurance Directorate, coauthoring a Global Critical Infrastructure Security Reference Guide (FY2021, classified).
Mr. Pitman's prior roles include VP Business Development at Alaska Communications, driving outside Alaska revenue initiatives; before that time, he lead a Business Development team at Level 3, where he developed key domestic and international DoD programs; International Engineering at Qwest Communications, (20+ years for what is now Lumen), supporting critical DoD domestic and international networks; Mr. Pitman was the Technical Director at Kinnevik AB, providing technical direction across Tele 2, Millicom Cellular, GET2Net and CCC for roughly 200 high tech companies; and earlier in his career Engineer / Program Manager / Product Manager at AT&T for more than 10 years.
Kenneth Barton
Founder, Board Member and Treasurer
Mr. Barton is the Founder and CEO of SafetySpect. He has spent over 25 years in technology-sector in business development and senior management positions, specializing in growing new companies from concept to commercialization. He has initiated agreements and joint venture relationships with ministry-level organizations worldwide and grown start-up companies to over eight figures in enterprise value. His partnerships and business relationships include Symantec Corporation, USPS, the Universal Postal Union (a U.N. organization), the USDA, US Army and other international government agencies. Mr. Barton has also secured domestic communication services contracts through multinational corporations and Federal agencies including the GAO (General Accountability Office), the USPS, AT&T, Sprint, Qwest, Accenture, and other system integrators and defense contractors. Mr. Barton sits on several nonprofit boards. He has a B.S. in Economics from the University of Maryland and holds a J.D.

Before and after his DARPA tenure, Hsieh held senior roles across government, industry, and policy organizations. He has served as a CFR‑Hitachi Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations, a nonresident affiliate at Stanford’s Center for International Security and Cooperation, and an advisor on cyber‑enabled economic warfare, focusing on intellectual‑property protection and supply‑chain integrity.
He has also worked in executive and advisory capacities in the private sector, guiding global strategy in AI, quantum technologies, and semiconductor innovation, and co‑founded Longitude Strategies, where he helps innovators secure federal funding for advanced healthcare and defense‑related technologies.
Dr. Hsieh holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Princeton University and a B.A. in Mathematics from UC Berkeley, and has been recognized for bridging science, national security, and public diplomacy.

Bernie Rice is a seasoned technology and business leader with a distinguished career at IBM, where he held multiple senior roles across sales, finance, venture capital, and business development. He began in IBM sales before moving into finance, eventually becoming Finance Director for Application Software and later Director of Finance, Planning & Administration for IBM’s Southern Area, overseeing a $3B business.
He went on to serve as Chief Financial Officer and General Partner for the IBM Venture Capital Group, guiding major partnerships and investments, including collaborations with Apple, Blockbuster, and media industry initiatives.
Rice later became Vice President of Business Development for IBM’s Consumer Division, where he led strategic projects such as IBM’s partnership with Berkshire Hathaway and Hallmark. He also served as CEO of Edmark, an IBM subsidiary focused on educational software, and played a key role in spinning off IBM’s education content assets into Riverdeep, helping it become one of the fastest‑growing educational software companies in the U.S.
